COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL
Lawn Mowing
Scheduled weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing of the property. We use professional equipment for a beautiful cut on any style of lawn. This includes private residences of every size, commercial properties, HOA's, and city parks.
Core Aeration
Core Aeration helps to reduce soil compaction by creating pockets to aid in the uptake of oxygen, water, and nutrients. This is overall one of the best things you can do for your grass and one of the most beneficial services to combat drought conditions. Aeration should be done in the springtime and/or in the early fall.
Power Raking
Power raking is a process of removing excess thatch from your lawn. It is an excellent way of removing dead debris and crust that accumulates over the winter months. This process includes a yard cleanup and a mow with a bagging to take away all thatch and debris.
Fertilization and
Weed Control
With our 60" bobcat brush hog, we can efficiently remove unwanted brush and overgrowth.
Bed Maintenance
Weeding of landscaped flower beds as needed. This can include spring cleanup, cutting back dead growth, and shaping shrubs.
Hedge Trimming
Once spring bloom is over we can trim any size of shrubs or hedges.
Thatching
We attach tines to the front of a mower which comb the grass before mowing and bagging. This is done once in the springtime to clean up matted grass and leaves that have been under the snow.
Brush Cutting
With our 60" bobcat brush hog, we can efficiently knock down unwanted brush and overgrowth.
Field Mowing
We offer both a Manicured or Rough cutting of field grass to keep native grasses from growing out of control.
Snow Removal
Timely, professional snow removal for commercial and residential properties. We will use the proper equipment to keep you clean and clear from November through March.
Parking Lot Sweeping
Parking Lot sweeping with our bobcat street sweeper. Clearing the parking lot of dirt, sand, and debris built up over the winter.
Yard Cleanup
Spring cleanup and fall leaf removal

Activation
We turn the water on and run through each zone, adjust and repair where necessary, and set the clock for the season.
Sprinkler System Winterization
Thorough blowout of each sprinkler zone making sure the system is clear for the winter.
